Equitable Bank is partnered with Allpoint, America’s largest surcharge-free ATM Network with over 55,000 ATMs. Allpoint ATMs are conveniently located in places you visit every day such as CVS, Walgreen’s, Tedeschi’s and many more. Just look for the green Allpoint logo and you can use your Equitable Bank card, surcharge FREE.

We are also a member of the SUM Network which allows you to use your ATM / Debit Card surcharge free at thousands of ATMs around the country at participating financial institutions displaying the SUM logo.

Debit MasterCard® Program

You pay for your purchases without cash, without checks and without credit cards anywhere you see the MasterCard® symbol and at the same time have 24-hour access to your Equitable Bank accounts with only one card.

 

Lost ATM/Debit Card

If you lose your ATM or debit card, contact us immediately to cancel your card and request a new one. During business hours, please contact our Retail Operations Department at (781) 337-8000. After business hours, please call (800) 472-3272.

 

MasterCard® Automatic Billing Updater

Your ATM/Debit MasterCard® will automatically be enrolled in the free Mastercard® Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) service. With ABU when your card is used for automatic/recurring payments the card information will be updated when the card changes because of card expiration, loss or theft, account closure or other changes. A participating merchant can access the updated card information before requesting a payment. Since not all merchants participate, you should also contact the merchants directly if your card information changes. You are entitled to opt out of this service anytime.

If you want to opt out,

You must include your name, address, phone number & last 4 digits of the card number.

If you opt out and decide you want to participate in the MasterCard® Automatic Billing Updater service in the future you may opt in the same way(s) that you can opt out.
